At AtticFoil, we want you to be completely satisfied with your energy-saving investment. If you have unused, resellable rolls or accessories, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product cost.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition. Partial rolls or material that has been cut cannot be accepted for return.
Request an RMA
Contact our customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive the correct return shipping address for our warehouse.
Package and Ship
Securely pack your items and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship the package using a trackable carrier like UPS or FedEx at your expense.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
